Letter from I‘timad al-Islam to Haj Mirza Khalil asking him to return the ownership of several stores and the rent of a flower garden (for eighty-two tumans); based on a former settlement, they were transferred to Haj Aqa Buzurg from his deceased wife, but now are in possession of Haj Mirza Khalil. Court order regarding an icon belonged to the late Fakhr al-Hajiyah, 1913
Fars Court of Justice's order on the case about a silver icon with diamonds that the late Fakhr al-Hajiyah had given to Rahman Kalimi [jewish Rahman], but the icon has been destroyed. Navvab Amjad I‘tibar al-Dawlah claims the icon, and the court decides that based on a settlement from November 5, 1913, none of the parties have any right or claim over the icon any longer.
